<p>The School of Music presents a recital by guest pianist Murray McLachlan, performing<span> works by Bach-Busoni, Beethoven, John McLeod, Chopin, Ravel, and Liszt. McLachlan is </span>p<span>rofessor of piano at the Royal Northern College of Music, visiting professor of piano at the University of St. Andrews and head of keyboard at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, England. </span></p>

Improvised Music Project Festival (IMPFest) 

<p>The School of Music and the student-run Improvised Music Project present the annual Improvised Music Project Festival (IMPFEST), featuring two evenings of distinct performances by UW Music students, faculty, and guests. Featured artists for IMPFest 2023 are composer/pianist (and 2023 GRAMMY winner) <strong>Kris Davis</strong> and multi-instrumentalist/composer <strong>Michael Libramento. </strong></p>

Chamber Singers & University Chorale
