<em>Holding the Line</em> examines the dual nature of systems of order, which simultaneously depend on and destabilize formalized constructions. Van Someren considers the influence of precision on overlooked elements that emerge from these constrained frameworks.<br /><br />Exhibition Preview, Saturday May 2, 2-4pm<br />Opening Reception, Thursday, May 7, 5-8pm<br />Artist Talk, Saturday, May 9 1:00pm<br />

Join us this Friday, Feb 27th, from 5:00-7:00 pm for the closing reception of <em>Burn Your Candle at Both Ends</em>, an exhibition of recent work by first-year MFA candidates <strong>Cameron McGaff </strong>and <strong>Olivia Karasiewicz</strong>. <br /><br /><em>Burn Your Candle at Both Ends</em> invites viewers to consider notions of transformation, in person, material, and experience. Artists Cameron McGaff and Olivia Karasiewicz are both concerned with transformation.
